These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website https://artanetka.art/ (the “Site”), operated by WE ART CO., LTD, trading as ART.ANETKA (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Thailand and based in Koh Samui.

3. Bookings and services
Information on the Site about services, packages, and pricing is provided for general guidance and may change. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit is paid and is subject to our Photography Services Agreement / Booking Terms.
4. Third-party links and tools
The Site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
5. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. While we take care to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that content is complete or up to date.
6. Limitation of liability
